4/52 On a Fork

This idea came to me during the week, Deconstructed Bruschetta on a Fork.

Not having any studio lights, I set up some desk lamps with matching bulbs either side to illuminate the food and the back ground, I then used a third light low centre to light up the base of the fork. I took a few test shots to get my exposure and white balance correct and then adjusted for highlights by moving the main lights further away. I shot each ingredient with a contrasting background, made some minor tweaks in Lightroom 5 and then used Photoshop to combine them into a single image.
